How many questions are there in each round?

Will I get the same package twice?
No. The Quiz Manager keeps track of everything for you. It will only provide options for you to download that you haven't already had before. This means you don't have to worry about keeping track of what packages/questions you've used already.
How long will the quiz night go for?
This depends on the host. We suggest you use the package according to our guidelines and try not to exceed two hours
The screen freezes when I click on Open File or Save File?
Usually, the problem is with the security settings on your browser. Turn off your firewall, and if that doesn't work also change your settings to allow popups (allow). Another way of getting around this is to right-click on Save File and go to Save Target As, this should save the file to your computer. Note, you can also get around this problem by electing to receive the package by email.
I can't open the questions package file?
The most likely cause of this is that you don't have the latest copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Go to www.adobe.com to download the latest version (it's free).
Why is the package so cheap?
It's true that our packages are great value, especially considering the time and effort you will save. We have invested a lot of money, time and effort into developing the online Quiz Manager. It allows clients to log in and download their trivia questions when they want to, without manual help from us. We therefore save considerable costs, which we pass on to our clients.
Is there a posted option?
No, at this stage we only offer the packages electronically.
What if I don't need all the questions in your package?
Some quiz nights might only use 20-30 questions and won't need the full 70 or so that is included in our packages. We only have one format that is consistent across all our packages. If you don't need as many questions you can either get two or more quiz nights from each package or be very selective in the questions you choose to use. Each package already contains more questions than what you should need so that you can select the ones you think will work best for your crowd.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a company owned by eBay and is one of the largest payment providers in the world. Your credit card payment is done by PayPal so PTQ does not ever see or keep your credit card details. PayPal's security is a huge organisation and you can be sure they take your credit card security very seriously. You do not need to open a PayPal account to make a purchase and there are no fees involved.
I no longer want any more trivia packages, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, there is no mechanism for us to provide a refund if you choose to close your account. We will reactivate it at a later date should you wish to start again or we can transfer it to someone else if you wish to nominate someone.
Is the package suitable for a large crowd?
The package can be used for any size crowd. You will need to print out two things for the players, the answer sheets and the Tonight's Task question. Print out and photocopy as many of these as you need for your crowd. eg, if you have 10 teams you will need 10 Tonight's Task sheets and 60 answer sheets (10 teams x 6 rounds).
How can you guarantee that all your answers are correct?
We can't and we don't. As much as we try to avoid it, it's relatively inevitable that the odd question will be in error. Sometimes this is a clear mistake and other times it might be a typo or a case of the host being too strict (perhaps accepting The Netherlands but not Holland).
