Players can view this information and also register their email address to receive other updates and information about the quiz night. As the manager of the quiz night, you will be able to create and send an email newsletter to your registered players.

The database of registered players is a very usefull marketing tool. It will mean you can notify your players of important information as a date or time change or a break for a holiday. You can also encourage them to attend with special promotions. For example, send the players an email to say that the jackpot is very high and is likely to go off soon or that there is a special prize for that particular week.
